Returns Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Perishable items (e.g., treats, supplements) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at lumitailsusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll provide a return label or instructions if eligible

3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
